lol you never played starcraft 1?

 

Its by blizzard so every game by blizzard doesn't have any dedicated servers.

Either you use their servers but starcraft is peer to peer so you basically host the server yourself on your network while other connects to it.

If you drop, they drop. If you lag they lag basically

I also never played starcraft, It just don't interest me. You can "lol" for a few days now
