And we still can't upgrade/downgrade promo codes, He always adds stuff half assed and moves onto new features and never completing a feature 100%.

Lets say a guy has a 16 man CSS server and he used a 10% off coupon. Month later we wants to upgrade to a 20 man. when you upgrade him right now it's like he never used a code, it will be full boat on the whole 20 slots. you would THINK the code would carry when you add the extra 4 slots but it don't.
