Possible problem with MSN

I just finished a rather interesting support chat, sorry no copies I feel that violates privacy of customers, where in a perspective new customer was very interested in obtaining an MSN address of someone in power. When we stated there was no company use of MSN they went on to continue to push asking specifically if anyone of authority with access to the servers would be willing to give there private MSN info. Then after all that panned out, they asked if we could refer any hosting companies that used MSN.

The whole thing just seemed fishy to me and MSN has had several serious bugs, those using it may want to watch out the hackers may have found an other one and be secretly trying to use it to gain control of some hosters servers.

This is unsubstantiated so take it for what its worth...
