HostName Issue

I have setup WHMCS to work with TCAdmin(2 different Servers) Everything gets put in to TCadmin from WHMCS and I get no errors. However the servers do not automatically setup. When I look at Pending Auto-Setup in TCadmin I can see the servers there. When I select to Process the server from the drop down menu I notice that the hostname field isn't filled. My log files show that the hostname is there on TCadmin. Any assistance would be great. Thanks

In whmcs did you set the section for automation of that package?
