help new to whmcs

i keep getting error on ordering a service from my website

 

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 34 - Error: An unknown error occured while connecting

 

im prety sure whmcs cant connect to tca admin, is there any way of testing the connection?

 

im on a shared webhost gs automation in tca admin wants a ip i dont have one!

so i have put in the www. address of where whmcs is installed

 

i have searched tca for answers on noobie beginers help , asnwers on here seem to advanced to help some one jsut starting out;/

 

any help greatly appreciated

 

Updated i got a bit further i am now getting this error message Module Create Failed - Service ID: 43 - Error: 1 - Curl Error: Couldn't resolve host 'http:'

 

updated got to this error message now The configuration file "/public_html/billing/whmcs/modules/servers/tcadmin_advanced/default_values.php" does not exist.

 

updated i fixed that now got this error message Module Command Error

Use your tcadmin master server ip address and no hostname.

thanks bud, but seems one error fixed another appears ;/ could someone delete this post plz its got confusing, opened a new post less complicated
