HL Server Error

Hey Ya'll,

 

I just started to get this error on one of my machines and can't figure for the life of me whats wrong with it.

 

When i run the steam update on any of my HL servers it installs the update, and restarts the server But then i get this error:

 

?Error reading application id. Please either write it to steam_appid.txt or use the launcher!?

 

I checked the txt file and has 70 in it which is correct for half life. This error only happens when i run the steam update.

 

Has anyone ran into this problem before?
