adamnp Posted December 4, 2010 Share Posted December 4, 2010 Make sure that you RUN the hldsupdatetool you download from steam, and let it install the actuall 'HldsUpdateTool.exe' to c:\program files\valve , then move THAT hldsupdatetool.exe into your tcadmin\monitor folder. Don't forget to make sure you run it!! Why they named the 'packaged' file the same as the 'tool' is beyond anyones knowledge, this has been an stupid issue for years Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
