As again only an idea, and have not seen it done in windows.

Is it possible in windows is my question

 

We have it running in Linux via our own custom CP.

If you are reffering to the game console being displayed in windows, it is not possible. I asked Luis about this 4 years ago and he says it cannot be done due to the fact the console runs in a window.

 

I know this feature would be a big help with troubleshooting server startup errors...

Its most certainly can be done in Linux, chance of the option on Linux based servers ?

It can be done with linux since it is not a window rather just a console stream. It may be an option for linux.
