Big Problems

hi i have just finnished installing the pannel i have payed for with MySQL 5 look what happens i have cheaked the logs nothing not one error can u plz HELP!!! http://213.151.36.201

looks like your Mysql is not running i dunno really i used the other database option im sure a TCAdmin staff member will get to you

i have phoned e-mailed and etc but no reply

Put in a support ticket ive found they answer as soon as they can usually in 1 hr sometimes 10 mins which is spot on

 

also got to remember these guys are US time Zones

i used the Access Database ias i didnt have to install mysql and it worked like a treat

 

 

 

uninstall and try it that way use the access

 

 

 

but the files below are great for old aged people like me who carnt read with my glasses

I got the webside of it to work but i cant install games i wont move the files i have set it up fine i just dont no

You have a problem with your configuration somewhere.

its ok i was trying to install via Game services lol sorry for waisting your time

Ah ok. You will need to use the "Create a Game and Voice" server function for the file copy to work.

If you have set up the TCadmin directory structure correctly

 

 

 

then put your game files in the GameFiles directory and you need to add them to your supported games in the panel
