CS1.6 Dedicated Server : Bullet Registry

Hi,

I'm Hosting Few Counter strike Servers:o.

Hardware : Quad Core Processor. 4GB RAM, 100MB/S Network Speed. Windows OS.

 

Problem : My Friends saying, my server dont have good "Bullet registry".:confused:

Where are you hosting the server from?

Home/datacenter?

 

Are you playing on the same machine that you have hosted it from?

Does your friend see any choke/loss?

 

I suspect it is your ISP/Network

 

Where have you added sys_ticrate 1000 for your 1000 fps?
