Error tcadmin Login

Hi,

I would like to help me solve my problem when I log into my tcadmin.

The error is as follows:

It can't access your database. Check settings, check firewall

i hav this error atm.

check what settings and check what in the firewal???

Check that the TCAdminMonitorServer.exe and MonitorConsole.exe are allowed in windows firewall.

i'm getting the same error. both of those are allowed in my windows firewall....help?
