There is an entire thread on how to host minecraft with tcadmin "http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=7409"

 

None of the solutions are perfect, but much of that stems from the fact that minecraft is a java application rather then stand alone so you have to go through java and that adds additional complications. If there is a bit of coding talent at your access or you are willing to fork over the money there are also coded options to make minecraft host better.
