Instead of the server restarting automatically you should give an option to just save and on next restart the command line is added or save and restart. Also instead of that in the Games & Other Voice Servers have a save feature. It would be nice not to have to restart a server everytime I change something.

Like when I changed it to query a server it restarted the server once I clicked save.

The services are not restarted when a game is updated. Could it be the query protocol that was selected was not compatible and the game monitor restarted it because it failed?

Picking the right query protocol solved the issue.
