High-end high ram dedicated servers in the US?

We are looking for high-end dedicated servers in the US, with large amount of RAM. In Europe you can find providers offering Dual CPU, 24Gb servers (DELL) for virtually nothing (Read 100-150EUR). I haven't been able to find any providers in the US with similar offerings. Does anybody know any decent provider that doesn't like to make money?
