Looking for a Server/Provider

Im in need of a quad core machine (8gb ram, 100mbps,) with a low end video card installed as I host black hawk down and the card is needed to fire the games on the dedicated (on board graphics will not work). Looking for Dallas location but will consider others. If anyone can help me or point me in the direction of someone that can do this for me, please let me know.
