Xelatyper
How can I find my host name for my dedicated server as I need it for the server page in whmcs. It used to work fine but I have changed hosts to a reseller package with Hostgator and I get 99 - No response received in WHMCS when I run the create module. Any help? Thanks in advance. LFA
You can set the IP as the hostname and it will work. If nothing is written to the tcadmin log files it could mean that outbound connections to port 80 is blocked in your hosting.

Xelatyper
In v1 all the logs that start with billingapi In v2 Logs\Web\BillingApi.LastCommand.log and the error logs in Logs\Web for the current day I have still not had any luck, Whether or not it makes a difference I have a reseller account with HostGator and they are looking into it and so are WHMCS. My control panel runs on IIS so its cp.xelaservers.com/tcadmin/ which should only need port 80 am I right.
LFA
Since you have tcadmin configured on a virtual directory you need to set your whmcs server hostname to cp.xelaservers.com/tcadmin
