default mod, multiple cfg files, whmcs

Recommended Posts

Here is my wish list :p

1) As for updates it would be great if we can set mods installed by default

2) On some games if you want to enable a feature you have to edit multiple ini/cfg files. For example we host a game where if you want to enable anticheat you have to set 3 different values in two different configuration files. Is possible with a checkbox or whatever to write different values in more than one ini/cfg files?

3) Simple bump for this: http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=8243

Maybe the most important suggestion by me.

User "A" resells game/voice services through company "B". The 1st rule of every reseller package (web, domains, voice, game, ssl or whatever) should be the trasparency. All customers of "A" shouldn't know that their services are powered by "B" so easily. I explain.

Email templates with logo and signature of company B

Default "from" email and default "from" name of company B

It's kinda pointless for a reseller package. As soon as A sells a service his customer receives an email like this:

Email from: something@revhosting.org

Welcome $[user.FullName],

Please, find the details of your control panel account below.

$[CompanyInfo.ControlPanelUrlHtml]

User: $[user.UserName]

Password: $[user.Password]

Best regards,

Do you plan to add the possibility for resellers to set their own mail templates, logo and signature same as they can create their own theme?

Resellers can already have their own templates. By default they get your templates but they can be edited.

You should use General Settings > Company Info to avoid adding your information directly in the templates. Use all the company info variables instead. That way the resellers just need to update their company info and they get their own branded templates without making any changes to them.
