We hope that no one will accuse of ripping, the site is simple and light, we don't like dark colors for websites and we also like it simple. And just for the record, so what if your site looks like someone elses. theres are billions of websites out there so the chances of any more than 2 or 3 ppl having seen both is somewhere between slim and none.
