Yeah we are having this same issue. When I turned on Interact with Desktop through TCAdmin it started working, so that is a temporary work around I guess. I have never actually had Interact with Desktop work properly though so I cannot see the console.

In Windows 2008 you need to start the "Interactive Service Detection" service. You will see a popup asking if you want to see a message.

 

In Windows 2003 you need to add /admin to your remote desktop connection shortcut.
