Can you check if the process id 22827 is the service manager or the monitor?

/home/tcadmin/Monitor/serviceman-service status

/home/tcadmin/Monitor/monitor-service status

If its the service manager it is probably caused by the bandwidth monitoring. We are working on improving CPU usage on Linux for the next update. If it is causing lag uninstall libpcap and restart the service manager service.
