UTF-8 encoding for email (Company info)

When sending email to users, information about the company is written in a different encoding, and unreadable.

 

(For e.x. Russian Language)

Which mail client are you using? The message is shown correctly in gmail and hotmail. Thunderbird does not show it correclty.
