Hey guys,

 

I'm having some troubles configuring WHMCS integration...

 

I've done all the steps found here http://help.tcadmin.com/TCAdmin2_advanced_module_for_WHMCS#Sending_Custom_Variable_Values

 

But when I try to create a new account using WHMCS, I have this error:

 

Module Command Error

No results were returned. Check your TCAdmin logs. URL used: http://189.1.174.131:8880/billingapi.aspx

 

Do you know what's going on? I'm using TCA2

 

There are no files billingapi.lastcommand.txt and BillingAPI.Errors.txt on the logs path

If there are no logs it probably means the server where whmcs is installed has outbound connections to port 8880 blocked. Ask your hosting provider.
