Problem setting up Remote erver

Hey, im trying to setup a remote server. I got a new dedi and installed .NET framework 3.5 as stated. I installed TCAdmin then got the config file from master server and ran the config utility. Once it chose the config file and the monitor starts I get this error.

 

 

Running Windows Web Server 2008 64bit

I have never seen that error before. Create a support ticket with the IP and login for the remote server and for the control panel so I can take a look.

I also get this error message after I have added a Remote server to the Tcadmin 2.0

I don't know what this is at all, so if someone can help that will be great.

Where do you get that error? On the master or on the remote? If you have a firewall make sure the secure and standard ports are open.

I'm getting the error in the OP, same OS. It shows when I run the Monitor in console mode.

That happens when you have v1 installed instead of v2
