Some people can't connect to my servers

Hello guys,

 

I'm having some problems with my servers of TF2/CS/CSS...

 

Some players can't connect to them, but they can ping the IP adress of the machine, the tracert is ok, and they can even connect to team speak 3 on the same ip.

 

GameTracker isn't finding the servers, too... They're all appearing as offline, but they're online: http://www.gametracker.com/search/?search_by=name_ip&query=flits&search=SEARCH

 

I just can't imagine what's happening...
