Recently I hardened the TCP/IP to protect the server from SYN and ddos attack.

 

But later on someone was supposedly "ddosing" a server of mine note: sourcemod anti mods haven't been installed, so the server hadn't gone down but when I tried to login to tcadmin to stop the server it seemed to be slow loading a bit, now could that have been an attack?
