Fact
So I have installed Mono and the libpcap but when I type in the command yum install tcadmin-2-bi.x86_64.rpm --nogpgcheck It tells me there are no available files there and I have no clue how to get them.... Can anyone help? Thanks!
Goran
Did you download the tcadmin-2-bi.x86_64.rpm to the same folder you are executing the command from?
Fact
Just from the root... What folder would I do it from?
Goran
Well create let's say a folder in /home/ called "downloads" - enter the folder by using "cd /home/downloads" use "wget" to download the .rpm
Fact
Thanks! =) Okay, I got it installed and everything, but now it doesn't want to seem to run.. And the errors I get look like it's trying to start TCAdmin with windows programs... Help?

LFA
You have not installed mono: http://help.tcadmin.com/Mono It is using the mono included in centos but it does not have all the components required by tcadmin. After you have installed mono restart the monitor and service manager: cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor ./monitor-service restart ./serviceman-service restart
