Centos install help

So I have installed Mono and the libpcap but when I type in the command

 

yum install tcadmin-2-bi.x86_64.rpm --nogpgcheck

 

It tells me there are no available files there and I have no clue how to get them.... Can anyone help? Thanks!

Did you download the tcadmin-2-bi.x86_64.rpm to the same folder you are executing the command from?

Just from the root... What folder would I do it from?

Well create let's say a folder in

 

/home/ called "downloads"

- enter the folder by using "cd /home/downloads"

 

use "wget" to download the .rpm

Okay, I got it installed and everything, but now it doesn't want to seem to run.. And the errors I get look like it's trying to start TCAdmin with windows programs... Help?

i had a few errors when i tried centos and caused some issues, i use debian 32 and works great, no issues at all.

After I install TCAdmin2 on the linux system it gives me errors trying to find Microsoft visual basic, and trying to run the exe's.... Then it says the Monitor and Service have been started but it isn't really working...

You have not installed mono:

http://help.tcadmin.com/Mono

 

It is using the mono included in centos but it does not have all the components required by tcadmin.

 

After you have installed mono restart the monitor and service manager:

cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor

./monitor-service restart

./serviceman-service restart
