Check TCadmin2\Logs\Monitor\console.log and make sure ftp is starting correctly. What error do your clients get? If you can reproduce it create a support ticket.

Actually it can only connect 1 user per time. Is there an option to allow multi-connection?

It's working now, with no change in config, maybe a temporary issue.
