Bill by RAM Usage Instead of Player Slots

I've seen this done on other GSP sites but am having trouble determining how to set this up. How would we setup configurable options to bill by RAM usage instead of slot counts?

 

Any Help would be much appreciated and I apologize if this has already been asked, I'm still looking through the search results.
