WHMCS loading balance / round robin / automation

Hi All,

I got a question related to this. So i have system monitoring and load balancing enabled in the server settings page.

Now for example i have more then 1 machine in TX. When a user selects TX as their location and it sets up a server automatically via api in WHMCS, how will it know to check between my multiple machines in TX? Do they have to be in the same data center? Right now one machine is on default, while next machine is on TX1 and another is on TX2.

Should be all be on all the same "data center" option in the server settings page in TCA for the balancing to work?

Thanks!!
