A way to add new icon into user's panel, or gameserver's panel

I don't know if anyone have already requested that, or if someone found a way to do that, but I wish to be able to add new icons/links into user's panel or gameserver's panel.

 

By this way I will be able to add special feature, using scripts, to permit for exemple to do external backup, or any other type.

 

Just a link, using script will be great at moment.
