when I try to modify certain files, it says that access is denied. I made sure that all of the folders are writable and read-only is unchecked. Is there anything else I need to do? I'm using admin account that is supposed to have full access.

ok the first one I posted, I was trying to view a game server report and it gave me that error.

Sounds like you changed permissions around on the web folders?

how? I made sure that IIS gave full permission to every user that connects to tcadmin website.

I would suggest you uninstall it and re-install it and don't touch the folder permissions. The setup program automatically sets the permissions that are needed when the website is created.
