khjb007

Access to the path "C:\Program Files\TCAdmin Control Panel\Web\Temp\WebChart" is denied.

Access to the path "C:\Program Files\TCAdmin Control Panel\Web\Uploads\Template\template.config" is denied.

when I try to modify certain files, it says that access is denied. I made sure that all of the folders are writable and read-only is unchecked. Is there anything else I need to do? I'm using admin account that is supposed to have full access. ECF
Did you edit the permissions in IIS or on that folder in any way?
khjb007
yeah I tried to give full access to every account associated with tcadmin website
ECF
I would suggest you uninstall it and re-install it and don't touch the folder permissions. The setup program automatically sets the permissions that are needed when the website is created.
