I have problem with the support system

 

 

 

I am unable to join to support.tcadmin.com

 

 

 

with my username e password but I recive bad username and password.

 

 

 

I have opened a ticket few hours ago' but I am unable to see the status

Or you should have recieved an email with your new login details if you sent an email to support@tcadmin.com.

 

 

 

You login from the old system won't work.

I have tried the resend password button, it send me the password but I am unable to login...

 

 

 

If I use the billing system it works perfectly !
