Tc admin licence information

hi all, I was installed tcadmin 2 successfully, I go to my ip:8880 it's okay, it ask me for licence key, name and compagny. I put this correct info, but after 2-3 minutes tc say this :

 

(-500) Client error (The request timed out)

 

any Idear ?

Do you have a firewall blocking outbound connections? The server should be able to connect to master.tcadmin.net on port 80 and 444
