FTP Service after restart monitor

Starting the FTP Service...

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: S?lo se permite un uso de cada direcci?n de socket (protocolo/direcci?n de red/puerto)

en System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoBind(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress)

en System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind(EndPoint localEP)

en Abderaware.Net.Sockets.ProxySocket.Bind(EndPoint ep)

en Abderaware.Net.FtpServer.Start()

en TCAdmin.FtpServer.ServiceV1.Start()

one solution restart the computer

When you get this error create a support ticket with the login to the server so I can see what's wrong.
