TCA tickets and iphone

Thats cuz apple blows!!!!!!! :p

 

even if I agree on this there are still (too many) people using their products among which some of our customers and we end with 5-10 tickets without body message.

 

As the subject and everything else is working fine I was wondering if it could be solved on TCA side since I doubt apple will fix it.

Agreed :) Was just yanking your chain lol.

 

Does this error only appear through native email? or does it also replicate the same error through an application such as gmail on the device?
