TcAdmin FTP not working

When i try to connect i get this it is a linux VPS

 

Status: Connecting to 74.63.209.19:21...

Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".

Error: Could not connect to server

 

And ftp is enabled under Server Management > Servers > Master > Ftp Settings

 

And i also cant find the FTP Accounts under main menu

I have tried looking for it with all the templates but it doesnt pop up

The default ftp port is 8821. If you change the port to 21 you need to restart the monitor. Make sure the port is not blocked by a firewall.

 

Standalone FTP accounts work differently in v2. Create a user, then click on the FTP Settings icon.
