Special chars

I don't get how to deal with special chars in cfg like ╚░☼► etc. Yeah "Use encoding options" but there's a big but. It's doesn't matter the encoding option i set when the opened cfg has been already compromised with �.

Create a support ticket with a file that can't be viewed or saved correctly using the text editor.

 

I created a test file with unicode encoding. The file manager detects the correct encoding. I can save the file and it keeps the correct characters.
