What happened to my ticket?

Hi I created this ticket earlier:

 

 

 

VPR-314246

 

 

 

But no responce

 

 

 

just went to my account and the ticket isnt there????

 

 

 

Wheres it gone?

 

 

 

The main problem is I have installed TCAdmin as Master and Web Server but I am unable to log on to the admin page in ie.

 

 

 

The page is coming up as not available.

 

 

 

Can anyone help???

The ticket was responded to earlier, but seems to have been deleted. Maybe by accident? I show another ticket open and being responded to now. Luis should have you squaured away shortly.

Actually thats an even older ticket that was sorted.

 

 

 

But this ticket problem is still there and Im not getting any help yet.

Sorry my Problem is thatI have installed the software onto my machine as Master and Web Server.

 

 

 

But I am unable to view the login page.

 

 

 

I put in the correct URL

But this just says page unavailable.

 

 

 

I dont know what to do now.

 

 

 

IIS and mysql were installed before the TCAdmin.

I looked into that earlier. Something is blocking that port. Most likely windows firewall or another firewall.

 

 

 

Shut them down and try it again.
