Msql 5 + tca2 install

Hi,

 

How do I create a new database for MYSQL 5? This workbench program is really confusing.

 

I am trying to install TCadmin 2 and it says I need to first create a database. I have goggled for the past 1 hour and can't find anything. I have submitted a ticket but luis is not responding.

 

Please help anyone?

Run MySQL workbench. On the left click on the "Open connection to start querying" link and add your connection.

 

Double click on the connection that you created. It will open a new view. Right click on the white space under Object Browser. Select create schema.

 

To create users and set permissions go back to the main workbench view. Double click on your connection under "Server Administration". Select the accounts tab.
