ringo
Got a new remote server, got the config file from the master server, gave it the tcadmin setup, worked fine, until the master wont connect to the remote. Upon opening the monitor it says "The server with id '3' does not exist. Went back through the config that my master gave me and in the config it clearly says <add key="TCAdmin.ConfigUtility.Monitor.ServerId" value="3" type="System.String, mscorlib" /> Edit: As well the master server says cannot connect to remote server. I just cant figure out how to proceed from here. Any help is appreciated. Edited January 4, 2012 by ringo
LFA
It looks like the remote is not connecting to the same database as the master. Try this: - Go to Remote DB Connections. Disable remote db connections and save. - Generate a new ConfigUtility.config. Overwrite the existing file on the remote. - Restart the remote monitor. If that works do this: - Enable remote db connections. Enter the correct information for the database. - Generate a new ConfigUtility.config. Overwrite the existing file on the remote. - Restart the remote monitor.
