1 Service - 2 Root Users?

Is there a way to have 1 GameServer Shared with Permissions alongside with 2 Root Users?

 

It seems that Sub-Users break a script and it doesnt seem to want to function properly (Fast Download aka Fast Sync) when a Sub-User attempts to use the function.

 

So in Essence, is there a way to share 1 GameServer with 2 Seperate Accounts?
