Since it appears to be an HL2 mod, you should be able to use the HL2 config with a few modifications?

 

 

 

We recently added a "copy" button in the game config section of the panel, so you can create a copy of a game config, make changes to it and save it.

Hey man thanks i made my own though and it works. I now know how to make config files so thanks anyways.
