Installation issues

Hi Guys,

 

I just installed the trial software, looks good, but am having issues getting this up and running, I am receiving the following error:

 

 

Server Error in '/' Application.

 

Configuration Error

 

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

 

Parser Error Message: Value cannot be null.

Does your server have active directory? Try creating the file C:\Program Files\TCAdmin2\Monitor\ServerDomain.txt

 

In the file write the name of the active directory domain in a single line. Then restart the monitor service in Start > Administrative Tools > Services.
