COD2 Server Issue

Hello, I've installed the COD2 server files and everything was ok. My problem is that the server keeps conecting in local host. could anyone give me any soultion?

 

This is what appears in the console:

Does your command line include +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip $[service.IpAddress] +set net_port $[service.GamePort]
