Wierd Error

TCAdmin just gave me this jumbo error when I updated a service, which if I am making heads and tails correctly out of it, is saying it couldn't complete the update to the service that I asked for but the service is updated? What you make of it?

What it looks like is it was set to be deleted.

And then you went back and updated it.
