i have a probleem with one of my clients his cod 4

 

the client would like to copy/rename/delete/ a *.exe program

i have removed the *.exe and *.dll on the master files and then file system

permission that workt for a few days

 

now if i login on the client ftp he only see iw3sp.exe and not iw3mp.exe and if i copy that programm mw3mp.exe i get

 

a error

 

i dont have the rights to copy this to the server

 

 

details are

 

200 comand okey

227 entering passive mode

500 access denied

 

 

any one have a solution for this probklem

I don't recommend you allow your client to upload .exe.

those ftp restrictions i allowed that for a few days ago

yesterday i update my windows 2008 r2 standaard and now the client cant do nothing

any more

 

and realy read this error popup

 

wenn you have the restrictions on you get a other error code

Does it work if you disable passive mode in your ftp client? Have you changed the default ftp configuration? Maybe you entered an invalid IP for passive mode?

i use ftp together with tcadmin 2

 

and where in tcadmin can i change that passive ip

sorry i have solved this problem after the update for win2008 r2 this option is messed up

 

the solution is just reinstal latest tcadmin update
