Is not a trusted IP address - game service status "Unknown"

Been having some issues on and off with some servers going to status "Unknown" randomly.

 

I looked in the TCAdmin monitor and this problem happens right after I get this error in the TCAdmin monitor console:

Does the IP 204.124.182.242 belong to one of your servers?

No it does not - it's actually an IP from the same data center we are in on the server on 204.124.181.58. Hmm.

Go to Servers > Select the master > Server IPs. Add 204.124.182.242 and disable game and voice hosting on that IP.
