Date Problem HELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP!!!!

Hello my name is Julio and recently acquired the tcadmin but I have a problem with the panel, I can not change the server date and looking I came to know that the problem is the process called TCAdminLicensing, when I disable it I can change the date normaly and I can put the corret day.When activate the process the date automatically switches to day 14/11/2011.

?I can do to fix it?

the date on the dedicated server where you host the tcadmin is OK or?
